ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Junior PR Specialist (French Speaker) to join our team.Working as part of our Communications & PR team, the role will be based in Madrid and will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to be involved firsthand with the PR of the company. From the execution of press campaigns to the organization of events, your role will cover a vast array of responsibilities - no two days are ever the same in Communications & PR.RESPONSIBILITIES:Help achieve the Project-Communications objectives by developing and executing external communications plans (national and local media outlets across the world)Deep understanding of the experience: Its customers, competitors, and regulatory landscape, ensuring key messages are consistent and engagingCreate the materials, strategies and plans for the local PR teams:Write, develop and manage approvals for news releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and related media materials.Organization and coordination of special events for press and influencers.Build and maintain relationships with key media and key internal stakeholders.Select and train spokespeople to speak to the mediaAttend press conferences or interviews with the organisation's spokespeopleProduce performance reviews and recommendations where appropriateKeep agendas, clippings, trackers and records updateABOUT YOUBachelor's degree and experience in PR agencies or communication departmentsYou have 0-3 years of experienceAgency background is preferredFluent level of French and English.
