We are a corporate department made up of Project Managers with focus on global project management tools, standardization & procedures, processes automation, efficiency programs, project risk monitoring, quality and continuous improvement, BI and KPI coordination with finance and business units between Making Science.
What we'd like you to doCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize procedures for Tech consulting and Digital Marketing projects, with a focus on Data, CRO, Software Development, Infrastructure, and IT.
Establish and maintain project management best practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with PMO standards across different countries.
Plan, manage, and execute corporate projects within scope, ensuring accurate planning and reporting.
Define and track efficiency KPIs to provide C-level reporting on project and process status.
Participate in automation and scalability projects across different countries.
Coordinate efforts across multiple work teams.
What we'd like you to bringDegree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or a technology-related career.
You have Project Management studies.
You possess strong analytical skills and experience in project or program management in the fields: Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, IT projects, Tech consulting projects, or Digital Marketing services.
You have previous experience in process implementation and automation.
You have previous experience in financial planning, monitoring, cost control, schedule management, and reporting.
You possess high standards, are methodical, and work to ensure that all processes and documentation are fulfilled accordingly.
You possess a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling information, with a collaborative spirit, focus on teamwork, and with organizational skills to fulfill responsibilities.
You have a C1 level in English.
We also value: You are certified or have knowledge in PMP or similar certification in the field of project management, and/or Agile certification.
You have previous experience working in PMOs.
You are familiar with the following platforms: ERP, CRM, Enterprise Software Dev.
& Collaboration Tools.
You have knowledge in reporting and planning.
You know how to analyze data and prepare reports for internal meetings, forums, client and management committees, etc.
You have worked on international projects.
