That is why we need you as part of our HR & Payroll team.
You will be working in a continuously challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to our international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the HRP team.
Key Responsibilities: Process all payroll-related tasks assigned by the payroll technicians and supervisor.Create new clients in the payroll system.Create new clients' paper and electronic records file.Create new joiners in the payroll software.Complete administrative tasks related to new joiners.Complete quarterly and annual surveys.Complete administrative tasks related to sickness.Complete administrative tasks related to leavers.Request social security and tax office up-to-date reports.Maintain the paper records (permanent file, annual file).Maintain the electronic records.Prepare payments and coordinate signatures for execution.File and pay tax models once they are approved and update tax checklist related to this task.Send payslips to employees/clients.Assist the rest of the team with administrative tasks.Register on social security and SEPE (employment office).File and organize documents.Assist the supervisor with the setup registrations of the companies and filling out forms for social security.Key Requirements: University Degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related disciplines.1-2 years of experience in payroll.Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.Medium-advanced level in English.Proficiency in MS Office package.Strong team-playing skills.Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.What's in it for you?
