Sounds amazing, right?About the RoleJoin our dynamic HR Team as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, where we seek an experienced professional with a proven track record in payroll. This role extends beyond traditional payroll responsibilities, requiring a versatile individual to serve as the link between our HR team and external payroll providers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining HR services, which covers payroll, benefits and other HR-related functions on an international scale.If you thrive on challenges, are accustomed to providing top-notch support to employees, and consider process improvement integral to your daily tasks, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate payroll inputs internationally, being the link between the HR team and the external providers.Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and authorities.Supervise tax and social security aspects impacting payroll.Analyze, control, and report on the evolution of salary costs.Provide comprehensive support to employees regarding payroll, social security and tax inquiries.Work in coordination with other HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues.Take charge of managing the company's benefits package and exploring and implementing new perks.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits team.About You1-2 years of experience in payroll and benefits. Knowledge in international payroll is a plus.English level ?
