You will be working in a continuously challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to our international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the HRP team.
Responsibilities:Processes all payroll-related tasks assigned by the payroll technicians and supervisor:
Creating new clients in the payroll systemCreating new client paper and electronic records fileCreating new joiners in the payroll softwareCompleting administrative tasks related to new joinersCompleting quarterly and annual surveysCompleting administrative tasks related to sicknessCompleting administrative tasks related to leaversRequest social security and tax office up-to-date reportsMaintaining the paper records (permanent file, annual file)Maintaining the electronic recordsPayments, preparation, and coordination signatures for executionFiling and paying tax models once they are approved and updating taxChecklist related to this taskSending payslips to employees/clientsAssists rest of the team with administrative tasksRegistration on social security and SEPE (employment office)Filing and organizing documentsCoordination assisting the supervisor with the set up registrations of the companies and filling out forms for social securityMinimum Requirements:University Degree in Business, HR, Accounting or related disciplines1-2 years of experience in payrollExcellent communication skills (written and spoken) in SpanishMedium-advanced level in EnglishProficiency in MS Office packageStrong team-playing skillsQuick-learning and flexibility towards changing environmentsExcellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environmentWhat's in for you?Our employees are our number one priority, so these are our top local benefits:
