Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing product risks including monitoring of credit and settlement limits, exception management, risk exposure analysis, and post-trade risk management processes. Support the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the firm's credit exposures on derivatives such as swaps, options, futures, forwards, prime brokerage, and repurchase agreements including assessments of margins. Help identify exposures that exceed the firm's risk appetite to counterparties and report to senior managers and colleagues. Recognize market specifics to assist in managing the firm's credit risk on a transactional level across derivatives & funding products. Identify and escalate issues related to data accuracy and quality. Take part in initiatives to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop methods to reduce risks, enhance controls, and improve communication. Skills & Requirements: Entry-level position; 0-1 year of experience in a financial analytical role, credit risk management experience preferred. Understanding of derivatives products is advantageous. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Basic accounting or financial analysis skills. Proficient in Excel. Broad knowledge of GS's business. Strong organizational skills.
