Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Junior Omnichannel Automation Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of campaign configurations based on business requirements.
Input metadata, workflows, and campaign details into automation tools under the guidance of senior team members.
Ensure campaign configurations meet stakeholder expectations and adhere to provided guidelines.
Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Stewards to validate and prepare data for campaign activations.
Perform initial data checks to confirm readiness for use in campaigns.
Conduct basic quality checks and simulations to verify campaign functionality.
Flag issues or inconsistencies to senior team members for resolution.
Maintain and update records of campaign configurations and workflows.
Support the creation of process documentation as directed by senior staff.
Work closely with senior team members to gain expertise in campaign automation and tool usage.
Contribute to team discussions on process improvements and campaign enhancements.
Assist in preparing status updates and reports for stakeholders.
Highlight basic campaign performance observations for senior review.
Requirements and Desired Skills
Degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Pharma or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience (internship or entry-level) in marketing or data management.
Basic familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zaidyn Orchestration Centre, Adobe Campaign Classic, Unica, or other NBA related systems).
Understanding of digital marketing principles and data workflows.
Willingness to work as part of a team, with the ability to take direction from senior colleagues.
Strong interpersonal skills to support communication with stakeholders and team members.
Eagerness to learn troubleshooting and RCA techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
Experience with Excel.
SQL basic knowledge is a must – willingness to learn more is a plus.
Exposure to Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, BitBucket) is a plus.
Fluency in English – any other languages are welcome.
