With a newly created customer portfolio of 5 product lines, worldwide presence, and R&D capability, the company sets the ground for its future success.We are currently seeking an Engineer with a keen interest in the automotive sector to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesIT project management, maintenance, support, and evolution of IT infrastructure (networks, cabling).Knowledge/Experience in Network Security and Cybersecurity.Vendor and project management alongside the IT Department at a national and international level.Assisting users in executing their computer systems, especially in case of issues.Carrying out daily and routine operations logged in the Service Desk ticketing system.Assisting users in operating their computer systems more efficiently, providing them with first-level training and guidance.Ensuring receipt of user requests and aiding in incident resolution (1st level).Ensuring the reception and recording of user requests in the service desk ticketing system: install, move, add, and change.Performing fault diagnostics and handling 1st-level repairs.Forwarding repair requests to capable technicians and administrators.Collecting improvement needs (particularly technical).Ensuring the installation, implementation, and effective operation of computer equipment (hardware and software) for users, in accordance with the company's current procedures.Installing user equipment and updates (micro material, programs).Ensuring inventory tracking of micro material and software, update management, and maintenance equipment stock management.Providing continuous assistance and advice to users.QualificationsBachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related field.Proven experience or strong interest in the automotive sector.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in English / French.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of automotive engineering!
