Are you a forward thinker too? Then join us now! Description:As national Key Account Manager you will be working at smart Spain overseeing national and key account activities. You will be responsible for monitoring and securing pre-defined B2B car volume targets per agent in order to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with large multinational commercial customers, business partners and leasing companies. This includes the development and negotiation of framework agreements.
Your responsibilities:Business Operations: You will support the Head of Sales when setting B2B sales targets, planning, and monitoring the yearly new car volume targets.You will be monitoring Lease Companies (purchases, volume, and VR's).You will coordinate regular B2B sales target business reviews.You will acquire new national B2B customers and negotiate high-level framework agreements with large organisations to cover sustainable fleet supply at local level.You will ensure timely resolution of customer issues.You will ensure excellent operations and evolve the digital omni-channel distribution for smart products while being able to implement new business models and mobility solutions.You will activate campaign-based discounts on a regional level.Organizational Management: You will ensure B2B sales targets achievement on a national level.You will ensure that smart's sales short-term and long-term goals in B2B channel are implemented in the agent network in order to secure a sustainable development of the organization.You will implement and continuously improve overall B2B processes.You will close contacts with the main Lease companies in Spain and create cooperation links between our company and the Leaseco's.Management Reporting & Communication: You will perform daily reporting and analysis by using smart's defined sales way of working according to best practices and guidelines.You will forecast oversee sales for B2B customers on a regional level.You will prepare, plan and conduct key account management and B2B account visits.What you bring along:Education: You have a bachelor degree or similar studies in business, marketing, economics, or a comparable degree.You have commercial and sales skills, ideally with a specialization within sales and/or account management in commercial goods, preferably in the automotive industry.Professional Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in automotive industry on a national level as Key Account Manager.You have experience in transforming sales targets to action plans and successful results.You can lead international sales planning with regional and local key account managers.You have proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.You are experienced in working with online presences of agents, leasecos and customers.You can develop of high-level sales strategies and processes and successfully implement them.Knowledge / Functional Expertise: You have passion for electric mobility.You understand complex contracts/tenders and their handling.You are able to draft and adapt framework agreements for individual B2B customers.You have proven track record of Business Development in the automotive industry or a related industry and/or comparable B2B sector.You are familiar with diverse business functions, such as: Sales, Marketing, Network, Aftersales, etc.You have a deep understanding of new retail, customer behavior and expectations and digital transformation.You exceed new business and repeat business sales targets whilst delivering sustainable profitability.You provide a cohesive and integrated approach with smart and the key account network in the context of sales and customer satisfaction.Key Competencies / Soft Skills: You have excellent communication and public speaking skills; Confident and effective negotiator - able to consistently reach positive outcomes while building positive internal and external relationships.
