Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing and CRM Management: Assist in planning, setting up, and scheduling marketing email and SMS campaigns using tools like Jira and Fasttrack. Content Creation and Social Media Management: Support the creation and execution of engaging content for email, SMS, and social media campaigns. Campaign Optimization and Analysis: Help assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Support the Senior Marketing Specialist in devising and executing retention initiatives, including bonus campaigns. Qualifications: Proficiency in Dutch and/or German with strong writing skills is essential. Excellent communication skills in English.
