Marketing & Communications Video Creative , you will play a dual role:2/3 Video Creative: Bringing stories to life through engaging video, photos, words, and sound to captivate and motivate our audiences.1/3 Marketing & Communications Executive: Collaborating on branding, planning, and creating visual and written content for various channels while supporting teams across our 21-country network.ResponsibilitiesVideo Creative:Develop compelling video content from start to finish, including brainstorming ideas, creating storyboards, filming, editing, and publishing.Elevate the quality of our video projects and scale production efficiently.Produce content tailored for company websites, Social Media, intranet and fairs.Be an advocate for the power of storytelling, delivering engaging content that inspires action.Marketing & Communications:Act as a point of contact for colleagues in 21 countries, providing branding and marketing support.Support cross-departmental marketing initiatives (HR, Groups, NBC, etc.) and contribute to overall communication strategies.Our TeamJoin a vibrant, fun, and highly motivated international marketing team of 10 tourism professionals. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your creativity and initiative are valued.If you believe in the power of engaging marketing and communication, we'd love to hear from you!Apply now to become part of our exciting journey.RequirementsYour ProfileMinimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Adobe Creative Suite user, with knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects .Proven track record of creating and editing video content .Experience with motion graphics and visual effects .Knowledge of technical aspects of video production, including dimensions, codecs, frame rates, color grading, LUTs, audio correction, and more.Skilled in using tools like Lumetri Color , Essential Sound , and Essential Graphics panels in Premiere Pro, combined with Effects panels.Experience in Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , and other Adobe Suite tools.Skills & AttributesCreative: Passionate about crafting engaging messages through video and other media.Technical Proficiency: Understanding of video production and post-production processes.High-Level English Proficiency: Both spoken and written.Marketing Know-How: Marketing & Communication(M&C) strategy knowledge to support M&C initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Adaptable: Balances creative video production with structured marketing tasks to deliver results effectively.Team Player: Thrives in a dynamic, international team with a "can-do" mentality.
