We are looking for a Junior Marketing Automation Consultant who wants to be trained in one of the leading marketing automation solutions in the market (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Main Responsibilities: Conduct analysis on the implementation of marketing automation and martech solutions.Improve the efficiency of the implemented system by consulting end-users and providing innovative solutions that meet client needs.Analyze the functional marketing and technology needs of clients and enhance communication processes in the implemented systems.Perform basic and specialized marketing tasks.Implement automated communications and marketing automation processes to ensure the resolution of client needs at various contact points.Implement the latest technological advancements and marketing technology solutions.Conduct testing, error diagnosis, and problem resolution in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.Document processes and track system performance metrics.Adhere to the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management.Mandatory Skills: Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Knowledge in communication and marketing.Ability to provide support for communication campaigns, manage communication plans, and strategy.Ability to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and innovation.Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform is a plus.Excellent spoken and written English.What Do We Offer: Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
