Junior Marketing Activation ManagerAbout the Role We're looking for a Junior Marketing Activation Manager for our Health & Medical Division. This position will be temporary for 6 months with the possibility of turning it into a permanent position.
You will work with the Senior Marketing Activation Manager to devise unique campaign ideas to market our products and services. You will activate communication and marketing campaigns in the pharmacy and health center market, managing leading brands such as TENA (incontinence care), Leukoplast (wound care), Actimove (orthopedics soft goods), and Jobst (compression therapy).

What You Will Do Assisting the marketing team by creating content for catalogues and POS.Defining target audiences for different marketing initiatives, proofreading and editing marketing materials.Writing ad copy, setting up email campaigns, etc.Tracking projects and assisting in standardizing marketing materials.Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data.Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret KPI and ROI metrics.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software is required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.An extremely organized and goal-oriented team player with great communication and networking skills.A true customer-first mindset always seeking to exceed customer expectations.Fluent in English; Portuguese or Italian will be a plus.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
