The Junior Manager of Global Recruitment works alongside the Executive Director and Manager to support recruitment efforts for IE University for the Summer School portfolio and other projects. This role focuses on generating a strong candidate pipeline through innovative strategies and event management, while collaborating with various internal teams, including Marketing, Admissions, and Academics. The Junior Manager will contribute to the university's global presence and maintain a candidate-centric approach in all recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:
Your role as Junior Manager will involve:
Recruitment and Candidate Engagement:
Mentor and Assess Candidates: Guide candidates through the admissions process, understanding their aspirations and profiles via email, phone calls, and videoconferences.
Lead Management: Proactively manage and track leads using CRM systems (HubSpot, Power BI), ensuring timely follow-up and consistent engagement.
Recruitment Events:
Events and Conferences: Plan and execute recruitment events on and off campus, conferences, and sessions in collaboration with the marketing team to meet recruitment targets.
Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct competitor analysis to improve the program and develop strategic actions that align with market trends.
Operational and Administrative:
Admissions process: management of the admissions documents and pipeline for Summer School programs on Dynamics 365 CRM.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or strategy roles, preferably in an international education or business environment.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong project management skills with experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with event management, partnership development, and community engagement is preferred.
