Alpega TMS is a top 5 TMS provider, supporting more than 200.000 users in 80 countries, with their logistics processes.Find more about our clients and services here Cloud-based transportation management software | Alpega GroupABOUT THE ROLEGather client requirements, provide advice and propose integrated solutionsAnalyze existing logistics processes of the customer and advise the customer regarding the potential for optimization in combination with the TMS productProvide consultation about the range of our TMS products and innovationsDevelop a solution proposition for the customer and write a solution design documentAutonomously create cost estimations and specifications in coordination with our customers and the project managerFacilitate and lead customer's workshopsTrain our clients on the use and configuration of the TMS solutions (on-site or remote)Coordinate with other teams to ensure on-time delivery of the projectWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOUUnderstanding of or affinity with IT and software solutionsVery good technical experiences with interfaces and/or software solutionsSQL, Database or JAVA background knowledge is beneficial but not absolutely necessaryProfessional customer communication, also on technical levelLogistics know-how beneficial but not absolutely necessaryStrong people skills and the ability to engage and build trustful relationships with customersAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment with agile mindset & team-working abilitiesStrong communication and presentation skills in English.
