We own different brands stand out for their unique and original designs: DOIY (trendy home accessories), EAT MY SOCKS (giftable fashion accessories), and ANOTHER ME (feel-good gifts).Role DescriptionThe Junior Logistics and Procurement Manager manages the movement, distribution and storage of goods from manufacturers to our logistics centers and has the responsibility to maintain up-to-date all product data.The tasks are divided into two main areas:LOGISTICSPlan, organize and follow-up sea shipments between suppliers and our worldwide logistics centers, guaranteeing on-time deliveries as per planningsPrepare all the necessary documents for customs clearanceKeep track of all shipment in ERP systemMaintain constant communication with forwarders and suppliers to control deliveriesProvide internal communication between departments regarding shipment statusAnticipate arrivals and communicate with our worldwide logistics centersManage inventoriesADMINISTRATIONOrganize the production and logistics of events and tradeshows' samplesMaintain products' catalogue up to date in ERP systemMaintain orders status up to date in ERP systemGenerate excel reportsQualificationsExperience: minimum 2 years in purchase administration and/or logisticsLanguages: Fluent in Spanish and EnglishSoftware: Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, ERP (Sage or similar)Organization skillsAttention to detailsTeam spiritAbility to work at a fast paceConditionsFull- time job in Barcelona (Poblenou)Flexible schedule: entry 8 to 9 am / exit 5 to 6 pm (friday 2 to 3pm)2 optional days of home officeAwesome workspace and team environmentExtra day of holidays for your birthdaySalary: 24.000 to 26.000 € gross x year  (depending on experience)Growth possibilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
