Our team consists of 6 members, with 2 based in Switzerland and 4 in Palma de Mallorca.
We are structured into two main areas: the Legal Commercial team (3 people) and the Litigation and Corporate team (2 people).
We are looking for a third member to join our Litigation and Corporate team in Palma,reporting directly to the Head of Litigation and Corporate and working closely with the Legal Director.Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support our expanding legal needs.
This role is primarily focused on claims, litigation, and corporate matters, with opportunities to handle a variety of other legal matters, including Data Protection, Compliance, Civil Law, and Contractual Law, while providing advice to various departments.
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with external lawyers and notaries to ensure our legal interests are well-represented and safeguarded.Key Responsibilities:Claims Litigation: Assist in managing and preparing litigation cases, coordinating closely with external lawyers.Corporate: Prepare and review internal and external legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with external business partners.Legal Advice Support: Provide timely and sound legal advice to internal departments on a range of issues, including corporate law, contractual matters, and data protection.
