As junior legal counsel you will familiarize yourself closely with Fever's mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives, in order to strategically promote and defend Fever's interests in a wide variety of pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and other adversarial proceedings globally. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisers to assess and manage risk, including by ensuring compliance with applicable local rules, laws, and cultural standards. As junior legal counsel, you will work diligently to help guide the company through various legal challenges on the path to responsible and conscientious growth. You will be an ideal fit for this role if you take pride in your ability to harmonize competing interests in the pursuit of just and sustainable outcomes.If you are excited to support an ambitious global industry leader navigate an ever-evolving legal landscape to be an exemplary global corporate citizen, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesProvide support to litigation and liability management department, as well as various business teams, including legal research, analysis and strategy recommendations on a wide range of pre-litigation disputes globally.Work closely with Fever's internal human resources and people management teams to ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international legislation.Support investigation and resolution of claims arising out of Fever's Equal and Fair Workplace Policy.Promote fair and objective conflict resolution to ensure just outcomes for parties involved.Work closely with Fever's liability and crisis management teams to assist in responding to incidents and continuously improve Fever's risk assessment and management policies and procedures.Assist in responding to government audits and other regulatory inquiries.Coordinate and prioritize work with external legal advisors
