The opportunity: You'll belong to a strong team of 2 counsels based in Paris, supporting all legal needs for our European activities. You will report to Ludivine, our Senior Legal Counsel.You will play a vital role in the legal department, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial agreements and managing the company's litigations with our consumers. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective processes and ensuring that all legal documents are accurately prepared and archived. Additionally, you will provide assistance in corporate initiatives.You'll be acting as a business partner for all departments and for all the European countries in which the company operates, being their legal point of contact, having close relationships with your commercial and customer operation colleagues, giving them the relevant legal advice and support they need, and participating in proposal governance.A significant part of your role will involve staying updated on legal regulations, particularly in areas like data privacy, consumer and competition law, and ensuring the organization's compliance.You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the US Legal team (3 counsels) on various global topics such as updating the US terms, implementing global processes,.
