Our team consists of 6 members, with 2 based in Switzerland and 4 in Palma de Mallorca.
We are structured into two main areas: the Legal Commercial team (3 people) and the Litigation and Corporate team (2 people).
We are looking for a third member to join our Litigation and Corporate team in Palma, reporting directly to the Head of Litigation and Corporate, and working closely with the Legal Director.
Role Overview : We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support our expanding legal needs.
This role is primarily focused on claims, litigation and corporate, with opportunities to handle a variety of other legal matters, including Data Protection, Compliance, Civil law, Contractual Law etc., and providing advice to various departments.
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with external lawyers and notaries to ensure our legal interests are well-represented and safeguarded.
Key Responsibilities : Claims & Litigation : Assist in managing and preparing litigation cases, coordinating closely with external lawyers.
Corporate : Prepare and review internal and external legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and Notaries.
Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with external business partners.
Legal Advice & Support : Provide timely and sound legal advice to internal departments on a range of issues, including corporate law, contractual matters, and data protection.
Project Support : Offer legal, administrative, and project support on a one-to-one basis, contributing to various strategic initiatives within the department.

Requirements Education : University degree in Law or Bachelor of Laws from a European country.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience as a Junior Legal Counsel, ideally in a similar role.
Experience in claims or litigation is a plus.
Languages : Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; German is a plus; knowledge of German or UK law is a plus.
Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
Characteristics : Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to develop within the organization.
Comfortable working with confidential information and making independent decisions in consultation with senior leadership.
Background in the tourism industry.
Knowledge of tourism, corporate, administrative, international, and contract law.
