Your responsibilities will include providing advice on real estate and related commercial matters to support the company's growth, with a particular focus on supporting experience and content production, including for drafting and assisting commercial teams in negotiating various commercial property agreements with suppliers and clients. All this will be within the context of a rapidly growing company undergoing ambitious international expansion.You will be expected to work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you. Your responsibilities will include:Drafting and revising commercial property contracts and similar or ancillary legal documents.Providing support to business teams (including production managers, and the operations teams) and in negotiations with real estate licensors.Advising on title matters, registration of legal interests, and property rights.Assisting business in the peaceful resolution of contentious matters with stakeholders in commercial real estate relationships, with the support of and coordinating with litigation teams. Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors.Preparing and revising internal templates, guides, and documents.Taking responsibility for document management.Participating in ongoing compliance functions within the company as required.About YouBe a barred lawyer, preferably in a common law country. Experience working across jurisdictions or in more than one country is a plus.Speak fluent English, with proficiency in legal English. Knowledge of other languages (especially French, Portuguese, or German) is a plus.Have 6 months or more of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the commercial property legal field, either in a corporate setting or law firm, with a focus on real estate and commercial property.Possess an excellent academic record or relevant experience in reputable companies or top-tier law firms.Looking to develop or bring a keen eye for strategy and business, and a commitment to company goals.Possess strong technical skills.Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work
