We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleSupporting procurement purchases in the IT services industry as part of an international team of lawyers.Analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.Negotiating IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team.Who You AreRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseLaw degree in any European country.At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law.Contracting and negotiation expertise.Experience with working in an international team and on English language contracts.Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceAdmission to the local Bar (Spain).Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.G., software, hardware, Cloud services).Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector would be considered an advantage.Additional relevant qualifications (for example LL.M.
