C&D Solicitors in Torrox, Malaga, is looking for a well-motivated colleague with excellent communication and organization skills for the international market of property law in Andalusia.You, as the 11th member of our team, will be responsible for your own projects.
These mostly consist of guiding Northern European clients through the Spanish buying process of real estate and providing them with all legal information for a safe purchase without unpleasant surprises.You will also be in close contact with other professionals like notaries, external lawyers, real estate agents, architects and public offices like the Land Registry, Cadastre, Tax Office, Town Halls, etc.
As a lawyer, you will negotiate on behalf of your clients, set up contracts, and sign all kinds of deeds for your projects at the notary.C&D Solicitors offers afixed contract and a positive work environmentwhere well-based opinions and pro-active input are highly appreciated.
