Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, your main tasks will include:Drafting and reviewing all types of contracts (confidentiality, service provision, international distribution, machinery purchase, licensing, etc.).Advising various business units on issues related to the group's business: product launches, consumer and advertising, material review, etc.Supporting the management of data protection, intellectual and industrial property, and corporate law within the Group.Supporting the monitoring of the Group's compliance activities.Supporting litigation management and coordinating externally with law firms. Breakdown of Tasks and Dedication 50%: Drafting, correcting, controlling, and supervising all contracts entered into by all the Group companies (in Spanish and English).5%: Collaborating in the control, advice, and direction of all judicial proceedings initiated by or against any Group companies.5%: Drafting appeals, requests, or any other legally charged documents directed to Public Administrations.3%: Preparing and drafting all corporate documentation for the Group's companies (minutes and certifications of both the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings of the different companies).2%: Executing corporate operations such as capital increases and reductions, statutory modifications, dissolutions and liquidations, name changes, powers of attorney, etc.5%: Drafting various types of legal notices (claims for unpaid amounts, contractual terminations, defense of our trademarks, etc.) as well as managing various tasks aimed at resolving any legal issues that arise.5%: Drafting legal reports and opinions for all departments of the Group's companies as well as for the Boards of Directors or individual members.5%: Reviewing advertisements for any products that any Group company wishes to disseminate.5%: Reviewing and analyzing data protection issues.5%: Reviewing donation requests/agreements/conventions signed between external Foundations and any Group company, as well as between the Foundation and third parties.5%: Monitoring compliance tasks for each of the Group's companies.5%: Advising and managing intellectual and industrial property rights. Monitoring and collaborating in the management of the Group's trademark portfolio. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in a law firm or in-house legal department performing the described tasks.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical and/or infant food sector will be highly valued.High level of English.A postgraduate degree in Legal Practice and knowledge in compliance and data protection will be considered a plus.
