Junior Key Account Manager

ROLE SUMMARYResponsible for the management of specific Accounts within the Spanish trade including analysis, presentation of products and trade term negotiation.RESPONSIBILITIESSelling our products to the Spanish trade partnersIndependently handles current clientsRealization of sales and distribution targets within customer groupManagement customer P&LPreparation and realization of year-end talks within agreed budgetsDevelopment and implementation of the annual business plan according to the customer's commercial strategy pillarsSupport of the Associate Manager / Manager Sales Account ManagementPreparation and handling of presentations to the customer of new products, promotions etc.REQUIREMENTSDegree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & MarketingCommercial background with at least 3 years in Commercial experience (ideally a combination of Sales or Customer Marketing and Marketing).MobilityFluent in English and SpanishUnderstanding and knowledge of the Spain & European retail environmentStrong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritizeAbility to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speedStrong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environmentInclusion & DiversityWe're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
