Miravia is looking for a Key Account Manager: About Miravia: Miravia is a cutting-edge e-commerce platform connecting buyers and sellers seamlessly.

Main Responsibilities: Selection strategy and operations: analyze the user's demand for products of the category, ensure enough and sustained product supply by negotiating and onboarding relevant sellers (brands, distributors, and retailers) according to the category strategy, and formulate the annual selection promotion planning according to the season and life cycle of products.
Seller operations: analyze sellers performance data, classify sellers based on their business potential, formulate different operation strategies and plans for each sellers tiering, and implement seller's growth plans based on store operations (products selection, PDP content quality, price competitiveness, inventory availability, search optimization, marketing actions, and traffic allocation).
Demand generation: collaborate with internal/external traffic teams to drive visibility and push sales of managed category by participation in promotions, internal navigation optimization, and external traffic obtention.
Marketing activity: implement the category's annual marketing plan, including category, brand, and product marketing, through the collaboration with the marketing department, exploring innovative social-commerce marketing models based on the user´s demands.
Project management: define and implement innovative projects to create additional value to the customers based on local business and consumer needs.
Run multiple projects in parallel, building clear business structure, ensuring internal and external partners successfully collaboration and resources, and delivering results in time.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (MBA is a plus) 1-2 years of relevant category management experience in Groceries and Household Supplies categories (brand or retailer), with deep understanding of local market, brand commercial relationships and operations, online/offline market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumers behavior, P&L ownership, and both successful business strategy definition and operational/executional track-record.
Deep experience in both e-commerce and seller operations in marketplace platforms (product assortment strategy, Product Detail Pages optimization, seller store decoration, promotional activities, traffic and demand generation, pricing strategy, etc.).
Rich experience building commercial relationships and negotiating with leading brands and senior management, as well as in purchasing, selling and supply chain management in the category.
Proven experience in complex project management, integrating resources, and successfully leading and coordinating different multidisciplinary stakeholders and teams.
Superior numerical and analytical skills, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models Superb communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork spirit, resilient, start-up mindset, and capable to thrive in dynamic and changing environments.
Proven ability to combine both definition of high-level strategic picture with capacity to role up your sleeves and get it implemented.
Strong logical thinking, systematic operation ability, and capacity to innovate and think out-of-the-box.
Proven capacity to automate and scale processes.
Well structured, meticulous, ambitious, and insisting on the highest standards.
Ability to communicate in fluent business English and Spanish.
