Junior It Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities Administering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software Providing support in-person and remotely Troubleshooting and resolving user issues Implementing user change requests Handling support tickets, logged by users, in a timely manner Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs Recommending IT solutions that meet business needs Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment Maintaining hardware/software inventories Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Collaboration with external vendors Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft's technology: Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and security Analytical and problem-solving skills Ease of learning new technologies Very good English skills (both spoken and written) Ability to communicate at all levels
