The Junior Investor Relations Officer (JIRO) of Canadian Adventure Charters (CAC) Inc. holds a successful portfolio working with the company's relationships with investors and analysts within Fortune 500 Companies, managing $50M-$500M annual marketing and portfolios or similarly large organizations. Responsible for providing the investment community with accurate and timely information about the company's or potential private or public investor, financial performance, and prospects.Preferably have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Junior Investor Relations Officer (JIRO) working in a contact center. The opening positions serve as junior representatives supporting Senior Investment Relations Officers (SIRO) who will work under the Chief Investment Officer and the Manager of Operations & Investor Relations.The position requires knowledge of the AI telecommunication industry and familiarity with call center & contact center software such as Ring Central, Salesforce Service Cloud 360, Dialpad, 3CX, CloudTalk, Fresh Desk, Vonage, or similar software. The (JIRO) is responsible for raising private and public investor capital by deeply understanding the investors' expectations to better present CAC's value story and how that differentiates the company from competitors and competing investment opportunities in the market.As a Junior Investor Relations Officer (JIRO), you will communicate and follow CAC's mission, goals, operating principles, and strategic actions. You will promote Newfoundland & Labrador and The Northwest Passage, at charter destinations within CAC's selected charter operations loop into Newfoundland, Labrador, Northwest Passage, Spain, Canary Islands, Bahamas, and the Antarctic.
