We are looking for a motivated and proactive candidate to join our globalcommunications team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the internal communication tools, ensuring effective and coherent communication flows across the company worldwide. This position plays a key role in fostering employee engagement, aligning with the company's objectives, and promoting a strong organizational culture.Your responsibilities:Manage internal communication platforms and tools (intranet, newsletters, internalvideos, digital signage, etc.) and coordinate the implementation of new applicationswith IT, Cybersecurity and HR team.Propose and implement new internal communication initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for employees, to improve engagement and impact, in collaboration with the communication team and other departments.Collaborate with global teams (such as HR, ESG, Innovation …) to ensure consistency in communications across all sites and regions.Support the organization of internal and corporate events (remote and in person) and activities.Ensure the correct implementation of internal communication plan, policies and maintain updated documentation.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication tools and campaigns, suggesting continuous improvements.Administrative support in internal communication activities.To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in the area of internal communication, either in a multinational environment or in a Communication Agency.Excellent English and Spanish language skills.Ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeStrong writing skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content.Copywriting and content creation experience for internal and external channelsExperience with internal communication management tools (intranet, newsletters, content management, etc.).Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
