All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLE- Development of communications strategies and programs directed to specific, strategically relevant target audiences on a global scale.- Aligning the external communications plans and activities of the global CorpCom team (regional heads and key/strategic countries).- Providing consultancy and support for CEO/MBM as well as for the Chairwoman of the Board regarding all external communications activities.- Partnering with internal interfaces (e.g. IR, PAG, BUs, CL, GSU) to ensure consistent & successful communication to key stakeholder groups.- Measuring impact and results of the communications programs.- Identifying and implementing best practices in external communications across the global CC team.- Developing and enforcing clear guidelines and standards to ensure compliant and excellent processes on a global scale.- Contributing as a member of the CorpCom ExCom to the global strategy and development of the CorpCom function at Henkel.- Strengthening and shaping the image of Henkel towards external stakeholder groups through efficient strategies and communication activities.- Increasing awareness of the Henkel brand and enhancing the company's reputation in key target and stakeholder groups.- Fostering a positive media image of Henkel's top management, including members of its Management Board, in relevant media.- Cooperating/networking across all internal interfaces with respect to all relevant projects (e.g. M&A undertakings, restructuring measures, etc.).- Ensuring implementation of state-of-the-art digital communications activities on all relevant channels.YOUR SKILLS- Master's degree in communications, Cultural Management, Business (administration) or a comparable degree with relevant experience.- First experience (ideally 2 to 3 years) in Corporate Communications, preferably acquired in communications departments of global companies (knowledge of the standards of corporate communications for global listed companies, such as Fortune 500 companies).- Editorial experience and affinity with digital and social media.- Knowledge and experience of the Iberica region (cultural specificities, media landscape, political environment).- Fluent in English, native speaker in at least one of the 2 local languages, preferably both.- Data literacy, experience of Content Management Systems (CMS) and knowledge in Communications steering models and measurement (e.g. AMEC framework - International Association for the Measurement & Evaluation of Communication) would be a plus.- Good team player and creative skills.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
