Functions: Introduction of New Products: Lead new product industrialisation projects in the plant. Ensure that new products meet established cost/benefit targets, and that they are implemented according to plan and within budget, and are in line with manufacturing capabilities. Improvements: Searching for and implementing improvements, in collaboration with the rest of the departments, in the areas of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost in the manufacturing plant. Plant Support: Providing support for manufacturing processes in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to minimise disruptions to production. Who you are: Required Skills or Competencies: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar with knowledge of manufacturing. High level of English proficiency. Autonomous and with the ability to set your own objectives. Proactive and with initiative. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus. Experience in industrial environments is valuable.
