ABOUT THE JOBYou will provide technical assistance to solve complex IT-related problems.
This includes workstation and server hardware, network components, network infrastructure, and various operating systems.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A JUNIOR HELPDESK ENGINEER?Support ongoing projects related to the IT profession.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.Maintain running systems and environments.Keep documentation of changes made to the setup.WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A JUNIOR HELPDESK ENGINEER?Education in the IT field.Knowledge of AZURE AD, Windows Server technologies (AD, IIS, DFS), VMware, Networks (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN), Microsoft/Office365 is an advantage.Experience as an IT system administrator or system engineer would be a plus.Knowledge of Linux server maintenance, MS SQL is an advantage.Fluency in English.ABOUT THE TEAMYou will join a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals based in Spain with co-workers located in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands, who work and collaborate with each other as a single team.
