ABOUT THE JOB
Your role involves providing crucial support for Dynamics AX2012R3, addressing issues, defining process improvements, and crafting functional designs for change requests. Your expertise will shape our warehouse management module and contribute to the documentation of setup changes, ensuring seamless operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A JUNIOR HELPDESK CONSULTANT?
Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international NRF units.
Oversee the management of full IT processes.
Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.
Maintain documentation of changes made to the setup.
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A JUNIOR HELPDESK CONSULTANT?
Knowledge of one of the modules in AX2012R3/AX365 will be an asset for this role. Additionally, if you possess IT experience and/or education and are eager to develop as a consultant, we encourage you to apply.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
ABOUT THE TEAM
You will join a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals based in Spain with co-workers located in Poland, Spain, and the Netherlands, who work and collaborate with each other as a single team.
