We know fun, and we always have a team event on our calendars, so are you ready to join us?Role | As a Guest Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of bookings, from initial booking to post-check-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that meets Ukio's high standards of service and customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact between all stakeholders—including the Guest Team, Sales Team, Strategy & Transformation, IT, and Finance—you will coordinate efforts across departments to ensure that all bookings are managed smoothly, on time, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.This role requires a proactive, organized, and communicative individual who can drive processes forward while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be expected to maintain high standards of coordination and communication, ensuring that all bookings are executed seamlessly from start to finish
