This position requires expertise in immigration, labor, tax, and global mobility policies to ensure a seamless transition and compliance with local regulations. The Junior Global Mobility Specialist must possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity getting things done in the global mobility team of a global high-growth business.RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process. Proactively address queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.Work closely with the payroll and compensation team to provide accurate guidance in such matters for Managers looking for employees internationally or moving employees to international locations.Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments.Establish and maintain relationships with external providers, such as immigration lawyers and tax consultants, to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee mobility data. Generate reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies, aligning them with company objectives, local regulations, and industry best practices.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the global mobility function.ABOUT YOUIn order to be successful in this role, you will:Have previous exposure or understanding of global mobility, immigration, or HR operations, ideally within an international or multicultural environment.Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
