Job Description: Design, analyze and manage the economy for top grossing apps, working closely with product and game-ops teams to design and balance game economies and provide actionable insights. Additionally, work in the game economy department to build craft and support long term strategy, tooling and ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, monitor and optimize game economies, including pricing of purchasable items and collectibles. Support product, game ops and data teams with game economy understanding to generate growth and positive player experience. Explore player segmentation based on behavioral theories and data to recommend new and useful segments for game operations and feature design. Drive game economy best practices and knowledge sharing throughout the company. Requirements: Academic background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or another quantitative field. Advanced degree in Economics, Finance or another quantitative field (advantage). Experience in working in the field of economics (outside gaming) (advantage). Passionate about quantitative analysis and generating actionable business insights. Knowledge in SQL (advantage). Intermediate Python or R (advantage).
