What You'll Do: The Junior FP&A Analyst is responsible for assisting the FP&A team in analyzing the financial performance and position of the company, especially relating to expenses. The Junior FP&A Analyst will also support the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and participate in various FP&A projects and initiatives.Responsibilities:Calculate the transversal assumptions in the company's forecasts, such as inflation, exchange rates, and growth rates.Perform transversal controls and validations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the financial data.Conduct FX rates forecast simulation and assess the impact of currency fluctuations on the company's expenses and profitability.Prepare consolidated P&L forecast per company reporting and analyze the variances between actual and budgeted results.Control contractor expenses and monitor the compliance with contractual terms and policies.Assist in developing financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision making.Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other stakeholders.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large or complex organization.Basic knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.Proficient in Excel and other financial software tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English.Who We Are: Criteo is the global commerce media company that enables marketers and media owners to deliver richer consumer experiences and drive better commerce outcomes through its industry leading Commerce Media Platform.
