Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Track, process, analyze operative, financial, and statistical data related to Dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organize Dealer visits based on results.
Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignments (e.g., general accounting/bookkeeping queries, data input issues, reporting).
With manager guidance, present regularly at all levels Business Management and KPI results, suggesting actions for improvement.
With manager guidance, assist in the training of the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and the analysis of their KPI performance data.
Serve as a contact for, and develop relationships with, the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner, helping to improve client satisfaction.
Assume responsibility for accurate and high-quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions, and results.
Other tasks and participation in special projects as required.
Qualifications - Education and Experience: University degree required; Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
Finance and Accounting knowledge.
MS Office advanced level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: fluent/native Spanish language and intermediate English level (B2-C1).
