Junior Financial Controller

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller for a hospitality project in Barcelona.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire accounting and financial cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.
You will also support the implementation of reporting systems and contribute to financial analysis and decision-making processes.Main Responsibilities:Manage the complete accounting, administrative, and tax cycle on a day-to-day basis.Prepare and control reporting in line with established deadlines.Monitor and manage cash flows effectively.Support the implementation and maintenance of reporting systems.Oversee monthly and annual financial closings.Configure and maintain ERP systems.Analyze variations in the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the sector.Prepare and monitor annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.Previous experience in the hospitality sector, with knowledge of industry standards (e.g., USALI).Strong proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools, particularly A3 and Opera.Advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial analysis.Minimum B2 level of English.What We Offer:A dynamic and evolving work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive compensation package based on experience and responsibilities.If you meet the requirements and are ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you!Apply now and become part of a growing team in Barcelona.
