Responsibilities: Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoicesPaying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecksManaging all vendor queries regarding financeReconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesMaintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactionsPreparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reportsCross-departmental projectsCollaborating in the audit processRequirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts PayableUniversity degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or similarAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel and ERP (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP, and NAV)English (C1), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plusDesired skills: Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and highly reliableStrong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis, and multi-taskingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
