Junior Financial Accountant- Accounts Payable Ebury Central Leon Office - 4 days a week office based working (1 day from home office) As a Junior Financial Accountant- Accounts Payable, you will work in the Finance - Accounts Payable - department in the firm's Central Leon office.
The Role Working as part of the Finance team from our offices in central Leon you will be responsible for processing, verifying and reconciling invoices plus making payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments.

Responsibilities: Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks Managing all vendor queries regarding finance Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports Cross-departmental projects Collaborate in the audit process Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similar Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and ERP (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP and NAV) English (C1), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plus Desired skills: Detail-oriented, professional attitude and highly reliable Strong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis and multi-tasking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment #LI-LK1
