The role is based in Tenerife in Canary Islands, Spain.
Tasks Assist the finance team with various accounting tasks.
Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoices, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Manage the processing and tracking of expense invoices, maintaining thorough documentation.
Coordinate communication with the external accounting office to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Record payments and support the reconciliation of bank transactions.
Provide support to customers with finance-related inquiries, delivering clear and helpful responses.
Provide support to internal teams.
Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records to support efficient operations.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the finance team.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Understanding of financial concepts like debits, credits, and reconciliation.
Familiarity with financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Experience working with SAAS products is desirable but not required Experience working with NetSuite is desirable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
