Junior ESG Specialist Location: Ebury Madrid - 4 days from the office, 1 day from home office As an ESG Specialist at Ebury, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainabilityand responsible business practices agenda. You will collaborate cross-functionallyto develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies and initiatives. Your primaryresponsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments and benchmarking to identifykey areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.Developing and implementing ESG policies, frameworks, and reportingmechanisms to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, tointegrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes and businessstrategies.Engaging with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies,and community organizations, to enhance transparency and accountability inour ESG disclosures.Monitoring, analyzing and defining ESG performance metrics and targets andtrack progress towards our sustainability goals and objectives.Providing guidance, training, and support to colleagues across theorganization to foster a culture of sustainability and ethical conduct.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business
administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification insustainability or ESG preferred.Previous experience in ESG management, sustainability consulting, corporatesocial responsibility, or related field.In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines,such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management, reporting tools,and sustainability software platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills,with the ability to convey complex ESG concepts to diverse audiences.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passionfor driving positive social and environmental change.#LI-LK1
