You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments and benchmarking to identify key areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.Developing and implementing ESG policies, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes and business strategies.Engaging with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations, to enhance transparency and accountability in our ESG disclosures.Monitoring, analyzing and defining ESG performance metrics and targets and track progress towards our sustainability goals and objectives.Providing guidance, training, and support to colleagues across the organization to foster a culture of sustainability and ethical conduct.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, businessadministration, or related field.
