Randstad Professionals is looking for junior engineers interested in developing in a multinational environment in the areas of quality and process improvement.

-- Position for our young talent program at our plant in the south of Madrid.
This is a two-year rotational program that will partner you with exceptional industry professionals as you participate in complex and critical projects.
The program recruits college graduates who demonstrate leadership ability and academic excellence.
During this two-year program, participants will have two assignments of a maximum duration of 12 months each at the company's Spanish facilities.
At the end of this 2-year rotation program, the selected person will join the company's process or quality team, based in Madrid, to support day-to-day activities, process control and process improvement activities throughout the plant.
- Work with process engineers on continuous improvement projects.
- Problem solving: Understand the root cause of our major issues (customer rejections, complaints, internal non-conformances, scrap, etc.)
to implement robust corrective actions and verify their effectiveness to avoid recurrence.
- Implement preventive actions and standardize lessons learned/good practices across all lines.
- Support projects driven by the Process/Production/Quality and Technical Support Departments, - Apply continuous improvement methodology to achieve optimization of equipment and processes, always respecting and complying with EHS standards defined by the Organization.
- Collaborate in assisting and supporting technical issues arising at customer's facilities during material handling and manufacturing.
-- - Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Chemical or Mechanical engineering degree is a plus.
- Desirable 1 to 3 years of work experience (excluding internship experience).
- Experience in industrial environments would be an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel on an occasional basis nationally and internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect and manage data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a member of cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to manage the workload of multiple projects in parallel to address the day-to-day activities of the entire shop.
