Position Summary: The Junior Electronic Production Engineer will join the production team to support the optimization of our manufacturing process.
Main Responsibilities: Create, update and supervise production documentation materials (manufacturing drawings, procedures, test reports, etc.
).Improve our current quality control process by identifying key parts of the components that need to be inspected and defining inspection methodology in a production scale.Provide technical support to Supply Chain on the purchase of electronic components.Collaborate with the Supply Chain and providers by defining the key parameters of the subcontracted process.Collaborate with the Engineering department for definition of documentation and validation of manufacturing processes.Provide technical support on the repairs of devices (mainly electronics).Support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits.Support the production manager in diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations.Support on the redesign of production processes for optimization in time and cost.Experience and Education: Graduated in Industrial / Electronic Engineering (Masters in Electronics is a plus).Experience/knowledge in a medical device in the context of ISO 13485/ DGMP is a plus.Experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.Experience in ERP Odoo is a plus.Values and Attributes: Motivation to work with electronic devices, repairs, and testing.Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation).Fluent English.Ability to learn quickly and solve complex challenges with creative solutions.Passionate about optimization and standardization of processes.Attention to detail.Critical thinking and logic skills.Required Training and Skills: Data driven.Strong MS Office skills.Understanding of quality standards.Electronics knowledge.Neuroelectrics is a creative, high-tech company offering the best in class non-invasive and high definition electrical brain stimulation technology for personalized neuromodulation.
