Junior Duty Manager Responsibilities:Greet the retreat guests, answer any questions or concerns.Provide an outstanding guest experience.Assess and review guest satisfaction.Monitor that sufficient resources are maintained in all key areas during a shift.Monitor the coordination between all departments.Develop and implement policies and procedures for the running of the retreat.Manage and ensure the resolution of all guests' issues.Deal with contractors, suppliers, and complaints.As a Junior Duty Manager, you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring all staff.Junior Duty Manager Requirements:Experience of motivating, managing, and leading a team.Ability to remain calm while under pressure.Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems is required.A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/retreat setting.Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and English.Fluent in English.Proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize, and work under pressure.The expectation is that the role is very hands-on and a warm professional attitude is always prevalent.
This is a role with straight shifts.
This role will be working 30 hours per week on a 10-month Fijo Discontinuo contract with the possibility to become Indefinido depending on performance and company needs.
