Junior Duty Manager Responsibilities:Greet the retreat guests and answer any questions or concerns.Provide an outstanding guest experience.Assess and review guest satisfaction.Monitor that sufficient resources are maintained in all key areas during a shift.Monitor the coordination between all departments.Develop and implement policies and procedures for the running of the retreat.Manage and ensure the resolution of all guests' issues.Deal with contractors, suppliers, and complaints.As a Junior Duty Manager, you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring all staff.Junior Duty Manager Requirements:Experience of motivating, managing, and leading a team.Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems is required.A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/retreat setting.Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and all other relevant computer programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish and English.Fluent in English.Proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.The expectation is that the role is very hands-on and a warm professional attitude is always prevalent. This is a role with straight shifts, working 30 hours per week on a 10-month Fijo Discontinuo contract with the possibility to become Indefinido depending on performance and company needs.
