We do so by:Leveraging technology and digital ways of workingImplementing robust governance frameworks for successful digital initiativesStreamlining project execution with advance technology and connected dataOrganizing project data and enabling automation.The role is varied, and requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, experience engaging with project stakeholders, and the ability to work independently. An organized and systematic approach to work is a must, as well as experience in setting up, configuring, and managing the client's Common Data Environment (CDE).Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration and management: Administer the CDE system, configuring settings, and ensuring its optimal performance.Access control: Implement and maintain access controls based on project team roles and responsibilities.Information standards: Develop and maintain the information management methods and procedures, including user directories, information management protocol and file naming conventions.Training and support: Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on the use of the CDE, develop and maintain the training and user guides, training logs, and act as main point of contact for all queries and requests relating to the CDE.Compliance reporting: Undertake regular CDE system audits, reporting on system usage, and accuracy of document metadata, categorization, revision, status, naming, suitability, format etc.Workflow integration: Work with stakeholders to capture processes, and map into document workflows.Archiving and information security: Implement measures to secure sensitive project information, including backups, disaster recovery plans and archive of historical documentation.Change management: Support technology change management
