Main responsibilities: * Collaborate with the agency to design, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns worldwide. * Design, implement, and optimize Paid Social campaigns (mainly Meta Ads). * Explore new opportunities in terms of audiences, ads, placements, and platforms. * Analyze audiences and apply different full-funnel acquisition strategies. * Conduct A/B tests on creative assets, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize performance. * Monitor and work towards achieving KPIs (traffic and conversion objectives). * Implement reporting that leads to action and conduct regular performance checks and periodic business reviews to identify opportunities and pain points, creating an action plan to achieve goals. * Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing. * Monitor competitors and other brands in the same sector to stay informed on their campaigns. * Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, and IT Teams to contribute on achieving the business goals.Requisitos : * Experience on running digital campaigns on different platforms.
